Wanted in Berks: Timothy Harper

The Berks County sheriff is asking for help finding Timothy Harper.
Harper, 29, is wanted on charges of possession with intent to deliver for selling drugs in Reading, authorities said.
Harper stands 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. His last known address was in the 200 block of North 4th Street in Reading.
