Berks County has moved up a spot on the annual list of the healthiest counties in Pennsylvania.

Berks ranked 16th out of the 67 counties in a study by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

The list is based on 29 factors, including the rate of childhood poverty, smoking and food insecurity.

Union County took the top spot. Chester County came in second. Montgomery County came in fifth. Lehigh County took the 19th spot.

Philadelphia came in last.
