PHILADELPHIA -

Another man charged in connection with a child pornography sweep in Berks County has been indicted by the feds.

The U.S. attorney's office has charged Danny Evans with two counts of production of child pornography.

Evans was one of 10 men charged in Berks County in December. He's the third of the 10 men to face federal charges.

Authorities in Berks said they're happy to work with federal authorities.

"The time, type, time of incarceration that some of these defendants could be facing for child pornography charges are much more stringent in the federal system," said District Attorney John Adams.

If Evans is convicted, authorities said he could spend 60 years in prison. He would also face a $500,000 fine and a lifetime of supervised release.
