'Hell's Kitchen' chef shares talents in Allentown

Food lovers in Allentown were treated to the work of a special guest chef Monday.

Chef Clemenza Caserta -- who was a contestant on the hit show "Hell's Kitchen" -- was a guest chef at Roma Ristorante on Airport Road.

Caserta prepared several dishes in front of those in attendance.

The menu featured Seared Scallops over Asparagus Risotto, Roasted Beet Salad with Goat Cheese and Pignoli Nuts, and Beef Wellington.
