It's time to take a look back at the stories making headlines this week in the 69 News week in review.

On Monday, Reading Police said they arrested a man who raped a woman at a behavioral health hospital.

Kim Norward of New Holland was taken into custody by police.

They said he raped a woman at Haven Behavioral Health Center on North Sixth Street in March, while the two were patients.

Court documents said Norward entered her room while she was sleeping and pulled her into the bathroom.

He's charged with rape, sexual assault and other offenses.

Police: Man raped fellow patient at behavioral health hospital

On Tuesday, former Senator Arlen Specter was laid to rest.

Hundreds turned out to say goodbye to Specter at the Har Zion Temple in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County.

Vice President Joe Biden, former Governor Ed Rendell and Senator Bob Casey were among those who paid tribute to Specter.

Frank Sinatra's "My Way" was played as Specter's casket was taken from the synagogue.

He died at the age of 82 after a complications from a battle with non-Hodgkins lymphoma.

Former Senator Arlen Specter laid to rest

On Wednesday morning, a helicopter crash in Tinicum Township, Bucks County claimed the life of a retired State Police Trooper.

Doug Brigham, a retired state police helicopter pilot, as well as a volunteer firefighter, Tinicum Township's Emergency Management Coordinator and the great grandson of President Herbert Hoover was killed.

His helicopter crashed into a ravine near Uhlerstown Road, according to officials.

Officials said Brigham took off from his home's backyard Heli-pad and crashed less than a minute later.

There's still no word on what caused the crash.

Brigham was laid to rest on Saturday.

Former State Trooper killed in helicopter crash in Tinicum Township

On Thursday, officials released the cause of Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid's son Garrett.

Northampton County officials said Garrett died from an accidental heroin overdose.

He was found dead in August in a dorm room at Lehigh University during Eagles training camp.

District Attorney John Morganelli is now investigating to find out whether the drug that caused Reid's death was sold to him in the Lehigh Valley.

Investigators are also testing what was found in Garrett Reid's gym bag.
