A man accused of helping steal more than $1 million worth of semi-trailers in Northampton County is heading to trial.

A judge ruled 38-year-old Christopher Warnicke will face a long list of theft-related charges.

Officials say Warnicke had the stolen trailers converted into sellable scrap metal at Fatzin Recycling where he serves as president.

Also facing charges in the alleged thefts is Jason Smith who officials say worked for the victimized trucking business.

Officials say Smith managed to steal 31 semi-trailers while working for W.W. Transport from April 2012 until July of this year.
