Allentown Police hunt for man who robbed Shell station, then fled on bike

Police in Allentown are looking for a man who robbed a gas station and took off on a bicycle.

It happened around 9:20 Thursday night at the Shell Gas Station at 1323 N. 19th Street.

Police say the robber went in and bought  a pack of cigarettes and then pulled out a gun and grabbed money from the register after the clerk opened it.

The robber is described as a light-skinned black or Hispanic man, 5 feet 7 inches tall, with a medium build.

Police say they aren't sure if the incident is related to other robberies in which the robber got away on a bike.
