With two parking decks, three major surface lots and street parking, the site will have a total of 2,800 spaces.
Keppel said the property is 14-15 feet above the river’s 100-year flood plain “for the most part.”
The developers are Dunn Twiggar Company, LLC; Michael Dunn Co., Ltd., and Jaindl Properties LLC. They have formed a partnership called Waterfront Redevelopment Partners LP.
Their plan is aligned with the city’s Lehigh River waterfront master plan. Properties in that plan are part of Allentown Neighborhood Improvement Zone.
