Allentown police officer sues city, claims harassment and retailiation

An Allentown police officer is suing the city over claims of harassment and retaliation.

The lawsuit was filed by patrol officer Melissa Gogel.

She claims she was discriminated against on several occasions due to her gender.

Gogel also says she received sexually suggestive e-mails from  a sergeant on the force.

And she claims she was denied scheduling accommodations after returning from maternity leave.
