BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

A Democratic candidate in the race for governor of Pennsylvania visited the Lehigh Valley to discuss economic development.

Congresswoman Allyson Schwartz held an economic roundtable with Lehigh Valley business leaders Wednesday at Active Data in Bethlehem.

Schwartz says she wants business leaders to let her know what's working for them and what political leaders can do to help.

She says the Lehigh Valley is an area seeing economic growth.

"There is a lot of room to grow and grow good paying jobs that pay fair wages, pay women fairly as well, and grow the economy with the respect for the community and the great lifestyle we have here," Schwartz

Schwartz is one of four Democratic candidates running to go up against Governor Tom Corbett in this year's gubernatorial election.

Wednesday former state Auditor General Jack Wagner announced he was dropping out.
