One of the two original townships that filed a lawsuit against the state about funding for the Allentown hockey arena will vote Monday night to drop its lawsuit.

Bethlehem Twp. commissioners plan a vote to authorize termination of the township's lawsuit against the Neighborhood Improvement Zone.

The lawsuit was filed by almost 20 Lehigh Valley municipalities that said tax money generated by their residents who work inside the zone should go back to the municipalities, not into paying for the new hockey arena.
