BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

Some big changes are coming to the south side of Bethlehem.

Mayor John Callahan unveiled plans Monday for three development projects.

The first will be a 90,000 square-foot mixed-use building at 3rd and New streets.

Plans are also in the works to build a 125,000 square-foot building on West 4th Street, which will include a church, retail space and student housing.

Callahan said the Bethlehem Parking Authority is also planning a five-story garage to support the new development.
