Bethlehem police investigate series of Christmas-day apartment break-ins
Police are investigating three burglaries that were reported within an hour of each other at the Roffe Apartments on Christmas day.
The first burglary was reported around 6 p.m. Tuesday at the 315 West Packer Avenue apartment complex, according to a release from Bethlehem police. An apartment was forcibly entered into through the front door with a laptop computer and cell phone reported stolen.
The other two incidents were reported later in the hour; both involved forcible entry with unknown items taken. The residents of these two apartments were both out-of-state for the holiday, police said.
Each incident remains under investigation.
