The race for Pennsylvania's U.S. Senate seat is now a toss up, according to the latest Rasmussen telephone survey of likely voters.
Th survey finds Democratic Sen. Bob Casey with 46 percent of the vote, while Republican challenger Tom Smith has 45 percent, a statistical tie.
Nine percent are still undecided.
Smith and Casey squared off in Philadelphia Friday for their first and only debate.
