An Allentown man who's accused of giving his daughter a knife to use in a fight is heading to trial.

Ivan Capetillo waived his preliminary hearing Friday morning.

He was arrested back in May after investigators say he gave his daughter a knife and told her to cut the girl she was fighting.

Earlier this month Capetillo was also charged with possession of child porn.

FBI agents say they busted him in an online sting.
