BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

A different type of Super Bowl was pleasing crowds in Bethlehem Saturday afternoon.

More than 400 people had their bowls and spoons ready for the second annual "Souper Bowl."

It was held at the Musikfest Cafe at the SteelStacks in Bethlehem.

35 local eateries competed in the sold out event.

There was 48 different types of soups made by talented chefs.

A panel of judges was on hand to determine which soup was the best.

Event organizers said there was plenty of food for seconds, and even thirds.

"They're doing something wrong, if they go away with an empty stomach around here," said Julie Benjamin, of ArtsQuest.

All the proceeds from the event benefit ArtsQuest's Arts Education fund, which fund free art programs for children.
