ALLENTOWN, Pa. -

Charges against two men accused in a fatal shooting in Allentown are moving forward.

Both Charles Washington and Sahir Terry were in the courtroom Friday for their preliminary hearings.

The two are facing charges for the April shooting death of 27-year-old Lionel Blackledge.

Police say Blackledge may have been trying to sell marijuana to Washington who shot him.

Washington is charged with homicide and Terry is charged with obstructing justice.

Both are now awaiting trial.
