A Lehigh Valley charter school will be starting the school year a little later than it had planned.
Vitalistic Therapeutic Charter School is in the process of moving from its location on 4th Avenue in Bethlehem, to the former Calvary Baptist Church on Dewberry Avenue, also in Bethlehem.
The first day of school was supposed to be September 10th.
But that's been pushed back to September 17th because of a delay in getting some permits from the city.
Last month, Bethlehem Superintendent Joseph Roy said if Vitalistic changes locations without approval from Bethlehem and Allentown School Districts, it will be in breach of contract.
