Coca-Cola Park was sold out Tuesday night as fans poured in to see a major league star from big club, Chase Utley.
Phillies fans in the stands would not go home disappointed as the sharp-swinging second baseman swatted a home run. But most fans 69 News caught up with say they were just happy to see Utley take the field as he approaches his return to the Phils in Wednesday night's game.
"It's fantastic seeing him play," said Phillies fan Brendan Kucharsky. "He's got so much hustle, intensity, the way he plays the game is just, it's neat to see him in a closer environment then you would like if you went down to Citizens Bank Park."
"Better seeing him at a smaller park, you get much closer to him, and watch the action a little better," said supporter, Leon Hrincevich.
Fans also got a second treat as they took home a souvenir of another Iron Pig alum, John Mayberry, Jr., on bobble head night.
