Country Meadows residents raise money, buy Thanksgiving meals for families in need

Some local seniors spent the day spreading holiday cheer, one turkey at a time.

A group of residents at Country Meadows in Allentown boxed up Thanksgiving dinners with all the trimmings Wednesday morning. They then delivered them to more than two dozen local families.

The Country Meadows residents raised the money to purchase the food and even included some of their own homemade goodies in the boxes.
