Crocodile Rock files lawsuit against concert promoter
More details are being released about a lawsuit filed by a nightclub in Allentown against a regional concert promoter.
Crocodile Rock filed the suit against SLP Concerts on Thursday. It claims SLP breached its contract when it moved a number of shows to other venues.
Crocodile Rock said it's owed hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees that were collected through Ticketmaster.
The suit also claims SLP failed to pay some royalty fees to Broadcast Music Inc., which has resulted in a lawsuit filed against Crocodile Rock.
SLP declined to comment on the matter.
