CrossFit facility opens

A new CrossFit facility held its grand opening in Allentown.
In case you aren't familiar, CrossFit incorporates functional movements performed at high intensity. And it's done in a group setting.
Folks at the new facility say anyone at any fitness level can do CrossFit.
