A pair of local developers want to replace a crumbling building in Bethlehem with new office space.

Officials with Novak Ventures and Ashley Development want to tear down the Jack Jones Buick property at West Broad Street and Third Avenue and replace it with a medical office building.

Jack Jones Buick has been vacant for seven years.

Over that time, it's fallen into disrepair.
