EASTON, Pa. -

Daniel Braeunig of Easton was sentenced to serve five-to-ten years in state prison, for a deadly DUI crash last year.

He was charged with homicide by motor vehicle while driving under the influence, in the  2015 death of 23-year-old Dallas Poff of Easton.

The crash happened along Route 611 in Williams Township on December 28.

Police said he was traveling north on Route 611 when he crossed over the yellow line and struck Poff's car head on.

Between December 13 and December 28, Braeuning was arrested four times for DUI. The judge considered this an aggravating circumstance.
