WEISENBERG TWP., Pa. -

Some Lehigh County residents were evacuated from their homes for almost three hours Monday.

Residents in Weisenberg Twp. say firefighters told them to leave their homes around 5:20 p.m., residents told 69 News.  Some then heard explosions in the area.

State Police in Fogelsville said explosives were found in a building at Adams Road and Seipstown Road.  The Pennsylvania State Police bomb squad then performed a controlled detonation on the explosives.

No one was hurt.

Residents received a call that they could return to their homes around 8:10 p.m., residents said.
