Fahy Bridge closures planned this week

The Fahy Bridge will be closed three nights this week to accommodate survey work associated with a rehabilitation project, according to PennDOT.

The bridge will be closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m.

In the event of inclement weather, the work may occur during the following week of Nov. 26.

A full detour will be posted utilizing Route 378 and the Hill-to-Hill Bridge. Expect delays along this route due to the increased traffic.

The pedestrian walkway will remain open during the hours of bridge closure.
