Three people are without a home in Northampton County after a fire destroyed their house.

Three fire companies were called out to a home on Clarendon Drive in Forks Township around 8:30 p.m. Thursday.

Crews were able to knock down the flames in about a half-hour but not before sections of the home were gutted.

Everyone was able to get out of the house safely.

Officials said they believe the fire started near the garage.
