Foreclosure rate on the rise in the Lehigh Valley
A new housing report shows the foreclosure rate is on the rise in the Lehigh Valley.
Real estate data firm Corelogic said the rate in the Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton area is at 3.7 percent. That's up almost four-tenths of a point from last year, and it's higher than the national foreclosure rate, which sits at 3.5 percent.
