Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair is planning a trip across the pond to Easton.

Blair will speak at Lafayette College next spring.

A formal date is still being worked out.

His speech is part of Lafayette's Lives of Liberty Lecture series.

Each year, since 2007, the school selects a speaker who embodies the ideals of The Marquis de Lafayette.

This year's speaker was Vice President Joe Biden.
