A former borough manager in Lehigh County is heading to prison.
Dawn Kresge was sentenced Thursday to six to 23 months in prison plus two years probation.
But the judge granted her immediate work release.
Kresge is a former borough manager for Coopersburg.
She pleaded guilty last month to using a borough credit card for nearly $15,000 worth of personal items and bills.
Kresge must also pay back the charges she incurred.
