Gracedale group again denied appeal to recoup legal fees

It looks like the check won't be in the mail for a group that fought successfully to block the sale of the Gracedale nursing home in Northampton County.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has denied an appeal from the Gracedale Initiative Petition Committee.
The group was trying to recoup the $21,000 it spent fending off a challenge from former Northampton County Councilman Ron Angle and blogger Bernie O'Hare.
A commonwealth court also denied the appeal in March.
