Chain plans to open restaurant around late November

A national restaurant chain is seizing a golden opportunity in Lehigh County.
Golden Corral broke ground Monday on a new restaurant near the Lehigh Valley Mall in Whitehall Township.
Construction will start Tuesday, and the restaurant should be up and running around late November, officials said.
