A woman is facing charges after she bit her fiance in the leg and gouged his face during a quarrel, officials said.
Holly Tirrell bit Randy Grube in his right calf and scratched his face several times in their home at 919 West Lincoln St., Easton, at about 2 a.m. Saturday, officials said.
Grube told police Tirrell began attacking him after he returned home, and that she had broken a front window before he arrived, officials said, adding that Tirrell was found by officers "highly intoxicated" in an upstairs bedroom.
Tirrell, 37, was arraigned on assault and harassment charges and committed to the Northampton County Prison on $30,000 bail, according to court documents.
A preliminary hearing is set for 11 a.m. Feb. 6.
