A 33-year-old man was found dead in a Northampton County hotel Sunday.

County coroner Zach Lysek said Joseph Doran was found in a room at the Value Place Hotel, at 4016 Christian Spring Rd. in Bethlehem Twp.

Doran was pronounced dead at the scene.

Lysek said Doran had been at the hotel with a female friend.

The cause and manner of death are pending further testing.

Lysek and Bethlehem Twp. Police are investigating.
