A lawsuit filed against the city of Allentown by a veteran police officer has been tossed out, but the legal battle might not be over just yet.
Ofc. Leif Henry filed the suit last March, claiming he was discriminated against and ordered to do demeaning work because he's Hispanic.
This week, a judge ruled that Henry's claims aren't plausible and dismissed the case.
The judge did say, however, that Henry can re-file the discrimination claims.
