Disgraced attorney John Karoly has notched a legal victory.

A Northampton County judge issued a decision Tuesday in a lengthy case involving Karoly's sisters.

They claimed Karoly forged wills on behalf of their brother, Peter, and Peter's wife. The two were killed in a plane crash in 2007.

The judge ruled the sisters failed to prove the wills were fake.

Karoly is currently serving a six-year jail sentence for tax evasion, mail fraud and money laundering.
