Lace 'em up: Bethlehem ready to open ice rink
Get ready for a weekend of arabesques and axel jumps! Bethlehem's ice rink opens Friday for public skating.
Public sessions are available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 1-5 p.m.; Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays 1-4 p.m. and Friday and Saturday evenings from 7-10 p.m.
Admission rates are as follows: Youth (18 and under) $5; Adults $5.50; Senior Citizen (62 and over) $5 and $3 for skate rental.
Season passes are also available.
Group skating lessons for preschool, youth, teens, adults and families begin Nov. 26.
Want to learn how to play hockey? A developmental hockey clinic is offered Saturday mornings from 8-9 am.
The Earl E. Schaffer Municipal Ice Rink is located at 345 Illick's Mill Road.
