LOWER MACUNGIE TWP., Pa. -

A national bank claims the owners of a hotel in Lehigh County haven't made payments on a multi-million dollar loan in months, and now it's threatening foreclosure.

A complaint was filed in court earlier this week by U.S. Bank National Association. It claims that Dorney Hospitality, which owns the Wingate Hotel in Lower Magungie Township, hasn't made payments on an $8.5 million loan since May.

The bank wants a judge to approve a foreclosure sale of the hotel.

69 News reached out to the attorney representing Dorney Hospitality, but our calls have not yet been returned.
