EASTON, Pa. -

A man is facing a drug charge in connection with a police raid on his home three months ago, officials said.

Daren J. Philhower was arrested after police found hypodermic needles, crack pipes and other drug paraphernalia in the lower level of his apartment at 7 Railroad Ave., Easton, on Oct. 17, 2012, officials said, adding that the items were scattered about and in plain view.

Philhower, 29, was arraigned Tuesday night and committed to the Northampton County Prison on $5,000 bail, according to court documents.

A preliminary hearing is set for 11 a.m. Feb. 8.
