Easton City Council approves liquor license transfer
Easton City Council approved a liquor license transfer for an up and coming Brazilian restaurant within the city. Council approved an Economic Development Liquor License for this restaurant at the beginning of the year. The license that Council approved at the meeting on Wednesday night was a regular liquor license transfer request.
Restaurant Owners Tony and Ana DeMattos have been involved in multiple Brazilian restaurants in the Lehigh Valley, such as Rios Brazilian Steakhouse in Nazareth and Made in Brazil in Allentown, prior to coming to Easton to open their Brazilian Steakhouse.
This Brazilian Steakhouse will be located at 154 Northampton Street and is expected to open by the end of the month. However, the liquor license transfer will not be complete by the time the restaurant opens.
“I look forward to seeing you come here,” commented Council Member Sandra Vulcano.
City Council approved the Restaurant Liquor License by a unanimous vote.
