BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

It's Girl Scout Cookie time, and now you can get your fix at the Sands Casino in Bethlehem.

Emeril's three restaurants are offering special desserts that incorporate some of the most popular Girl Scout cookies.

The dishes include a coconut caramel delight pie, an ice cream sandwich made with peanut butter cookies and a thin mint milkshake.

Organizers said the partnership is a great way to promote the annual cookie sale, which teaches Girl Scouts valuable life lessons.

"It teaches girls all sorts of great life skills with the concept of earn and learn, so they learn about business, they learn about relationships, they learn about how to manage money, and it's a wonderful program that helps them to be better leaders as they grow," said Anne Baum, Girl Scouts of Eastern Pa.

The desserts will be offered at Emeril's restaurants through March 3.
