NORTH WHITEHALL, Pa. -

Firefighters in Lehigh County had a busy morning taming a fire at a mobile home.

Officials say it happened just after 7 a.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of Dogwood Drive at the Keystone Mobile Home Park in North Whitehall Twp.

Fire crews say it took them less than hour to control the fire.

North Whitehall Twp. Fire Marshal Don Jacobs said the fire was ruled accidental, started by clothes piled against an electric heater.

Jacobs said the fire could have been much worse.

A neighbor spotted smoke coming from the mobile home and alerted another neighbor who took their personal fire extinguisher to the mobile home, and was able to stop the fire from spreading, officials said.

No one was injured.
