BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

Bethlehem Police have arrested a convicted sex offender for failing to give them a current address.

Police were looking for Francis John Labelle, who formerly lived at a Hellertown Road address in Bethlehem because he moved without letting them know.

Labelle, 33, was convicted in 2006 of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and under Megan's Law, he must register as a lifetime offender, and notify law enforcement authorities of a new address if he moves.

Labelle was captured in Allentown last week and was taken to the Northampton County Prison in lieu of $30,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 18.
