An Allentown man will spend decades behind bars for his role in a violent home invasion.

Officials say Garry Mason was sentenced Friday to 38 to 120 years in prison.  Police say Mason and two other men stormed into a home in Hanover Township, Northampton County in 2009 and pistol-whipped two people inside.

One of the victims suffered a head injury and had to be hospitalized.  Mason was convicted on robbery, burglary and sex assault charges last year.

The two other men are already serving jail time in connection with the home invasion.
