Hurricane Sandy delays Christmas City's decorating
Damage from hurricane Sandy is also making holiday decorating in the Christmas city difficult.
City officials say the storm damage caused Bethlehem's Electrical Bureau to shift its resources to repairing signal lights and street lights.
This caused a major decorating set back but officials say they are catching up.
Most of downtown is already decorated and officials say they expect to have the outskirts of town finished by the end of this week.
