EASTON, Pa. -

The Lehigh University student who lost a lawsuit over a bad grade wants another day in court.

The attorney for Megan Thode has filed a motion asking the judge to reconsider his decision.

The judge ruled earlier this month that Thode failed to prove Lehigh considered factors other than academics in giving her a C+ grade in one of her courses.

Thode claimed she was punished for speaking out against changes to the class and for her work as a gay and lesbian rights advocate.
