Easton ice cream shop forced to change its name
A long-time Easton eatery is changing its name following a trademark dispute.
The Purple Cow Creamery will be known as the Bank Street Creamery when it opens for the season this Thursday.
The ice cream shop was forced to make the change after a company in Michigan declared a trademark on the Purple Cow name.
The Bank Street Creamery will celebrate its 15th anniversary in May.
