EASTON, Pa. -

An Easton man has been charged with firing a gun during a home invasion in March.

Malcolm Pendleton burst into a home in the 1300 block of Washington Street and fired a shot at the man inside, police said.

The victim wasn't hit, but officials said Pendleton was able to get away before police arrived.

Pendleton, police said, used the same gun to rob a store in Wilson a few days later.

Pendleton is already serving time in connection with that robbery.
