BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

The man accused of attempting to kill a woman when he fired gun shots at her car while driving on Interstate 78 has officially been charged.

Lee Edwin Kish had his preliminary arraignment Tuesday in Bethlehem district court.

The 65-year-old resident of Fanwood, New Jersey is facing attempted homicide and other charges.

Police say Kish shot at a Bethlehem woman's car last month following a confrontation on I-78 near the Route 33 interchange.

The woman was not hurt.
