The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board authorized the early closure of all PA Wine & Spirits Stores at 3 p.m. on Monday.
The closure will affect approximately 435 stores throughout the state.
As a result of the deteriorating weather conditions, 170 PA Wine & Spirits stores in Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery, Chester and Philadelphia counties did not open Monday.
The PLCB will continue to monitor the changing weather conditions to determine if the stores will remain closed or reopen on Tuesday, Oct. 30, as scheduled.

In Hackettstown, Warren Co., there will be no overnight parking Monday night on all town streets and municipal lots due to the storm.
In New Jersey, all county offices in Hunterdon, except those who operate under at 24/7 schedule) are closed Monday.
